Betsey Kosier has been working for the Office of Visual Materials since August of 1999. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography from Arizona State University which she earned in 1982. She returned to Arizona State University to receive her Masters in Elementary Education which was completed in 1987.
