 | Rachel Williams, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of art education. Her research for the past four
years has been focused on the art making of incarcerated women and their experiences. She
has worked as an artist, evaluator, and researcher with incarcerated populations in Wisconsin,
Iowa, and Florida. |
